Identified - November 15, 3PM: We have identified the issue and are working on a fix.
The issue is caused by an isolated backend service for the management interface currently being down; Sysadmins are working on restoring functionality.
Investigating - November 15, 12PM: We are investigating an issue causing the Director client interface to be down.
The Director web management interface is currently unreachable due to 504 timeouts. Director sites are functional.
